Rental of the Daniel Webster Estate includes exclusive
access to the grounds, and the following rooms in the
Mansion:
First Floor: the Foyer, Parlor, Dining Room, Veranda,
Kitchen, and Rest Rooms. (The first floor is fully handicap
accessible).
Second Floor: Two changing rooms, two restrooms, and
additional bedroom. The Mansion has central heating
and air-conditioning.
Your wedding will include:
- Exclusive use of the Mansion and grounds for the
day.
- Locations for Ceremony as well as Reception with
flexible starting times.
- Spacious Bridal Suite, attached bath and Bridesmaids
Chamber.
- Charming sitting room for refreshments.
- 13 round tables seating 6-7 guests each with white
garden chairs for use within the Mansion.
- Planning guidance from the Webster Estate Function
Manager.
- A variety of indoor and outdoor setup options along
with several areas for tenting.
- Coordination of deliveries.
- Parking attendant directing guests to spaces.
